Credit Validity & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

1. Credit Validity: Purchased wallet credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of top-up.

2. Unused Balance Refunds: Unused pre-paid wallet balances may be refunded within 14 days of payment upon request via Dashboard → Billing or Contact Support, returned through the original gateway (Stripe).

3. Failed Requests: Failed API calls or upstream timeouts are never charged to your wallet.
