Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

1. Service Scope: UnifiedAPI provides an OpenAI-compatible LLM routing gateway. Customers pre-fund a USD wallet ($1.00 minimum) and are charged per token only when a model successfully responds.

2. Acceptable Use & Abuse Prevention: Email verification is mandatory. Automated multi-account abuse, repeated submission of prohibited content, or credential sharing may result in key or account suspension.

3. Pre-Authorization Holds: Before executing an API call, the maximum estimated cost is temporarily held and settled immediately upon completion.
